We have developed a series of tutorials for the Digilent Spartan3E Starter board using ISE, various forms of Modelsim and Chipscope. Each tutorial has a word file and the entire project zipped. It is envisioned that these tutorials can be used by students to learn or by instructors and professors for laboratory curriculum development.
