Tutorial 5 involves the creation and simulation of a 4-bit counter using Xilinx 10.1 and the Spartan-3E starter board. The tutorial expands on the VHDL concepts taught in previous tutorials. While the previous tutorials where a basic introduction to VHDL, tutorial 5 provides better explanation of the code used.
