Tutorial 7 continues on the lessons taught in tutorial 6 (LCD display on the Spartan-3E starter board). For this tutorial the message "FPGA" will be changed into a counting sequence from 0 to 9. Readers will learn more on timing, state machines, and LCD displays. The tutorial uses Xilinx ISE 10.1 and the Spartan-3E starter board.
