Tutorial 9 shows how to create a counter that runs on a clock and is displayed on a seven segment display. Readers will learn how to create a design that has a changing clock speed, and seven segment displays. The design will be created on Xilinx ISE 10.1 and the Spartan-3E starter board with a PmodSSD display component.
